As a business, SRG believes it is important to help strengthen the communities in which we live and work. Consequently, we have devised a Corporate and Social Responsibility policy that supports SRG’s nominated charity of choice Plus we encourage people to become involved within their local communities through lending voluntary support to selected programmes that enrich the quality of life and opportunities for all.
This policy provides everyone within SRG an opportunity to give back, either through our Community Volunteer programme, our Corporate Match contribution for local charities, or through fundraising and corporate donations to SRG’s nominated charity.
‘Doing good is just as important as being excellent’
Kelly Morton, SRG’s Managing Director
Community Volunteer Programme
Through our community volunteer programme, we aim to increase involvement by encouraging employees to provide a service to a local charity/non-profit making organisation of their choice.
Each SRG employee is allocated one paid working day per annum to volunteer towards this programme.
Corporate Matched Contribution
The Company Matched Contribution scheme promotes a team effort by matching sponsorship raised by individual employees.
Individuals can either support the SRG nominated charity or choose to support a local charity.
SRG Nominated Charity
SRG selects a charity to which it will make donations generated through numerous corporate fundraising events, including ‘dress-down’ Fridays.
SRG’s current nominated charity is ‘When you wish upon a Star’.
