SRG was formed in 1990 and has a long pedigree of providing resourcing solutions to the pharmaceutical, food and wider science marketplace.

1990	Lab Staff Ltd was formed to provide temporay laboratory support staff to UK organisations. Office opened in Langley, near Slough, Berkshire UK.
1991	Manchester office opened
1992	Birmingham office opened
1993	Glasgow office opened
1996	Newcastle and Leeds office opened
1997	EScA and Scientech acquired to add permanent recruitment, search and selection services to the portfolio. Welwyn Garden city office opened
1998	Science Recruitment Group formed
1999	Woolf Group Inc acquired, based in North Carolina, USA , specialists in Clinical Trials recruitment
2002	First full on-site managed recruitment contract commenced at Sandwich
2002	San Diego office opened
2003	Boston office opened
	SRG Engineering Services launched
	Oxford office launched
2004	Interesource Consulting acquired, based in London, UK, specialists in clinical and biometrics recruitment
	Satellite Outsourcing launched - running outsourced clinical trial services in the USA and UK
2005	Synergy Outsourcing launched - running outsourced laboratory and scientific services
2006	SRG becomes part of Carlisle Group plc - a leading recruitment and business outsourcing organisation
	SAS Academy launched - training programmers for the pharmaceutical industry
2008	Carlisle Group and Corporate Services Group merge to form Impellam Group.
