In order to monitor our performance in providing this service to our customers, SRG runs a service excellence program. This program involves the survey of every placement made by SRG, to gain feedback on our performance in key areas. The results are monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed by our management team to ensure that we respond to our customers’ feedback.

We recognise and reward excellence by awarding prizes to the Account Manager with the highest level of customer feedback.

Over the last 12 months, 99% of 172 surveyed clients agreed that they would use SRG again when recruiting. Here are some of our other positive results:
