Training

SRG is very much committed to training, whether it be training of graduates with no experience of recruitment to ensure they have the skills to enjoy a highly successful career at SRG, through to ongoing training of experienced consultants to enhance their career progression. SRG's in-house Training Academy is endorsed by the REC (www.rec.co.uk) and supports all their consultants to study for the Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP).
