In preparation for the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) that came into effect on the 1st October 2011, SRG took the necessary steps to ensure it is fully compliant with the new legislation. Our focus was centred on automating a significant part of the burden of the AWR compliance for our consultants, clients and candidates.
Our revised systems and processes, from registration to pay and bill, provide increased visibility of when temporary workers have reached the qualifying period. This provides peace of mind for our clients that we will ease the compliance burden of the AWR, demonstrating that SRG is the right agency to partner with.
