The company
An industrial producer of edible oils who are establishing a brand new refinery in Liverpool. The new facility will produce refined palm oil, in various grades, to cater to the growing demand for fully traceable and sustainable palm oil in the EU. This is an excellent opportunity to join the company at the start of their ambitious growth plans and help to mould their future.
The Role
The reliability manager is responsible for planning and coordinating all reliability and maintenance activities on site. Developing and driving the Preventive Maintenance Programme will be your number one priority, using and introducing novel predictive maintenance techniques such as Thermographic Imaging, Ultrasound and Vibration Analysis. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Operatives to schedule planned maintenance and to gain feedback and knowledge on plant performance.
You
Degree qualified in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering, you will have knowledge of reliability centered maintenance techniques in a chemical processing environment. You will have the mindset that it is possible to have zero failures and reward and recognise staff for achieving this.
