Profile:
My Client is a leading pharmaceutical company who are looking for an office based Clinical Research Assistant to take on a full time, 6 month fixed term contract in their centre of excellence in London. The ideal candidate would have solid experience in Clinical Monitoring
As well as the main location being London, the ideal candidate will be expected to travel to Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester. As the project develops, travel to the Netherlands and Finland will also be expected.
Key Skills/Responsibilities
* Monitoring the above four sites
* Preferable therapeutic experience in Acute Stroke
* International experience essential, preferably Europe
* European language - preferably fluent in German (may consider Spanish or/and French).
* The candidate will be travelling extensively around the UK/countries specified above - must be flexible and able to travel at short notice
* Experience required in Phase II (2a and 2b) and Phase III (not Phase I or IV)
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, able to work independently and as a team player. The candidate will be expected to hit the ground running
* Essential - Microsoft office applications
* The hiring manager is seeking a candidate with CRO or/and Pharma experience
* The study currently consists of 36 patients in the UK. However, a new study will be commencing this year consisting of 500 patients, 50-100 sites, in 10 European countries. The aim going forward is for the successful candidate to be developed as a Project Manager.
