Are you a post-doctoral Protein Chemist or Biochemist with experience of managing industrial research projects? Would you be interested in joining a fast-growing company and being an important part of their future success?

The role will involve managing a small team of scientists, as well as being accountable for the progress of any research projects you are assigned. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

· Innovative - be able suggest and trial new concepts and techniques in the laboratory
· Resource management (people, equipment and time)
