Refer a Friend

At SRG, around a third of the people we place come from recommendations from our registered candidates.

In our experience, good people tend to know good people. When you recommend your friends to SRG and we place them in a contract or permanent job, you could be eligible for a bonus of up to £500 of Red Letter Days vouchers!

T&Cs

a. To be eligible  for candidate referral vouchers, you will be a contract or permanent employee of SRG, or a jobseeker who is currently registered on our candidate database.

b. Candidate referrals must be made in accordance with the published process and on a valid referral form.

c. The value of vouchers will depend on the level of the position obtained by the referred candidate, as well as the duration of the contract.

Level 1: for referred candidates engaged on basic salaries (excluding bonus, OTE, etc) up to £24999 per annum (or pro rata equivalent if on a contract of less than 12 months) - £100 

Level 2: for referred candidates engaged on basic salaries (excluding bonus, OTE, etc) on salaries £25000 - £34999 per annum (or pro rata equivalent if on a contract of less than 12 months) - £150

Level 3: for referred candidates engaged on basic salaries (excluding bonus, OTE, etc) on salaries £35000 - £44999 per annum (or pro rata equivalent if on a contract of less than 12 months) - £250

Level 4: for referred candidates engaged on basic salaries (excluding bonus, OTE, etc) on salaries £45000 - £54999 per annum (or pro rata equivalent if on a contract of less than 12 months) - £350

Level 5: for referred candidates engaged on basic salaries (excluding bonus, OTE, etc) on salaries over £55000 per annum (or pro rata equivalent if on a contract of less than 12 months) - £500

d.  A referred candidate should satisfy the following criteria:

    • Not already be registered with us.
    • If registered with SRG,   we have not contacted  them for over a year.

e. A referred candidate must have accepted a position with a client (or us)  within three calendar months of the date of receipt of a valid referral form. 

f.  A placed candidate must continue in our (or our clients) employment for a minimum period of three calendar months.
