What qualifications do I need to work at SRG?

We prefer people with a scientific, clinical or engineering background because we pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of our clients and candidates’ backgrounds. However, we always consider other applications from strong candidates.

What are the main skills/personal qualities that make a good recruitment specialist?

There is no specific skill set that makes the perfect recruiter, however, possessing the attributes below is a definite step in the right direction:

  • Happy to work in a proactive, fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficient at opening business conversations and making appointments
  • Good communication skills at all levels –verbal and written
  • Ability to network effectively
  • Capable of handling a diverse range of tasks

What career paths are available to me at SRG?

There are many different areas of the business that you can choose to work in at SRG acrossadministration to operations in our recruitment and outsourcing areas of the business in Synergy, our CRO.

The most common career path our specialists follow at SRG is the following: Trainee Consultant – Consultant – Senior Consultant – Executive Consultant or Team Leader – Operations Manager.
