Summary:
"After graduating with a degree in Microbiology, I was looking for a job on various job websites. SRG contacted me after having found my CV on one such site, and suggested a role that I might be interested in. The job was working as a Cryptosporidium analyst; initially a temporary (6 month) role, but with a strong possibility of the role later becoming permanent. My personal SRG Account Manager provided me with a lot of support, with information on the company and how to get to my interview, as well as good interview tips. He made contact before and after the interview, so that I could give him feedback on how it had gone. When an offer of employment was put through, my account manager handled the details for me, and made the process simple. After I started work, I met my account manager for the first time when he visited my laboratory. We also had contact electronically and when the end of the six months was approaching, he stepped in again to negotiate a permanent contract.
I remain grateful to my SRG account manager for the high level of assistance, care and professionalism that he showed. It was really nice to have such a friendly face as a contact, hugely different to some agencies I'd encountered on my initial job hunt, who couldn't remember your name from one day to the next! He has been absolutely fantastic all throughout my employment experience having gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am happy in my role. I cannot compliment him enough."
