Britain's best-loved confectionary brand partners with SRG

SRG recruiters are working exclusively with Cadbury, one of the world’s best-loved confectionary brands, to fill their R&D and laboratory roles within RSSL - the scientific analysis & consultancy division of Cadbury’s Reading Science Centre in Berkshire. Dani Cassar, SRG’s National Sales Director explains the emergent relationship: “SRG have impressed Cadbury so much with our recruitment expertise that as well as offering us exclusivity in Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL), they are opening new opportunities to us throughout the UK within Manufacturing and other Cadbury sites. Additionally, at their request we have taken on one of their preferred suppliers as a 2nd tier supplier so Cadbury continue to have just one point of contact; their dedicated SRG account manager.”
SRG have built their reputation on achieving and nurturing effective relationships and offering value added services to compliment their core recruitment commitments. With Cadbury, this included the production and hosting of a Cadbury/RSSL microsite on the SRG websites. The microsite was launched in October 2009 and includes company positioning, career support information as well as SRG’s exclusive job postings for RSSL.
The Cadbury microsite has promoted the continuing partnership between Cadbury and SRG. The site has a candidate focus and functions as a positive employer branding tool to explicate the strengths of the Cadbury working ethos and the unique business culture they offer to their employees. Because this microsite can be found from the SRG website, Cadbury hope that they will be able to attract the specialist scientific and engineering candidates - for which SRG are acclaimed within the industry – to select Cadbury as their future employer.
