What is NPS?

Net Promotor Score (NPS) is an internationally recognised business management tool that measures the loyalty of customer relationships. Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a “positive” NPS above 0 is considered “good”, +45 is “Excellent,” and above 70 is considered “world class.”
