With our team moving into a new state of art office we are ready to expand the and grow the team over the next 12 months.This role would be ideal for a Scientist seeking a more commercial role, out of the laboratory and into a financially rewarding, sales role. Full, in-house training is provided in additional to all resources required to be successful in the role. SRG are part of the Impellam Group, the UK's second largest staffing agency. Recruiters without a scientifc background will alos be considered providing theres aleast a 6 months recruitment expeirence. Role Successful applicants will begin with supporting a senior consultant with his or her requirements in terms of beginning the search for suitable candidates via job boards, social media and advert responses, followed by qualification calls and getting to know the candidate and understanding their suitability against the requirement.The role of a Recruitment Consultant entails the following:
* Identify key clients within your field* Approach, sell and build strong relationships with key stake holders* Identify and target key candidates in line with client requirements* Candidate and Client market mapping* Obtain a strong understanding of SRG's current and prospective clients* Support specific commercial process of targeting and attracting high level candidates* Contact, engage, interview and put forward candidates for client positions* Excellent candidate and client management* Not afraid to get on the phone to new candidates * Proactive personality * Able to think outside the box* Will need to be organised, structured and confident SRG have a very organic mentality when it comes to career progression and promotions, from previous cases throughout the organisation we look to promote within, likewise the case with this position an opportunity is available later down the line to move into more of a 360 consultancy based role. Requirements
Degree educated ideally from a scientific backgroundCustomer service or sales experience would be advantageousExcellent written and oral communication skills
