Associate Director - Pharmacovigilance Quality Assurance (PV QA) The role:If you thrive on challenge and change and want to make an impact in a Pharmacovigilance QA role for a leading biopharmaceutical company, you will be rewarded with a great working culture with access to key decision makers across all functions. This prominent role will be part of a global team shaping and directing the Pharmacovigilance QA function. You will be responsible for implementing a strategy, including delivery of a risk based audit program covering the quality and compliance of the Pharmacovigilance systems. This is an opportunity to shape PV both internally and externally for the organisation and its partners, requiring someone who is able to influence at all levels. The organisations foresees continued growth in this department, so training and development will also paramount for this role.Your experience:* Master's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent.* Strong background and experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with proven work experience in a Pharmacovigilance (PV) role.* Experience in leading pharmacovigilance audits for internal and external partners or vendors. Experience of managing regulatory inspections or third party audits.* In depth experience of the theory and practice of quality management.* In depth knowledge and understanding of Pharmacovigilance systems in the pharmaceutical industry, computerised system validation and GVP principles.* Project management oriented. * Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills would be an advantage.* Able to travel nationally and internationally (up to 30% time).Full time and permanent roleLocation: Belgium Salary upon application
