Product Administrator - ImmunologicalsWest MidlandsYou will be responsible for completion, management and continuous improvement all product documentation and processes required to operate the Immunologicals business. This will include company quality requirements as well as department and business specific processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Departmental Documentation Management of departmental GENSOPs / IMMSOPs and stakeholder compliance.
  • Routine review of product specifications/documentation to ensure complete adherence.
  • 3rd Party Management
  • Vendor Quality forms completion
  • Auditing prior to taking on as suppliers
  • Product change management process adherence
  • Quality Inspection of 3rd party inbound goods
  • Documentation and label development for outbound and inbound goods.
  • New Product Development Product Deletion Processes
  • Development and management of a business appropriate systemKnowledge and SkillsEssential:
  • Degree or equivalent discipline from a recognised further education establishment
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role or quality systems role
  • Excellent organisational skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confidence in face to face communication
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Must be able to work and lead in a team environment

  • Previous Technical experience in a biotech quality environment. Regulatory experience
  • Second language (Italian prefered)
