Title: Reliability EngineerLocation: West MidlandsSalary: £36,000 - £38,000 + Excellent BenefitsMy Client is a Global Food Manufacturer based in the West Midlands. Based in over 50 countries globally they continue to expand and grow and have recently invested upwards of £100 million at their sites in the UK. They are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to join them at their modern and diverse site in the West Midlands. Due to this expansion the position is available immediately and they are looking to interview as soon as possible. Job Description: The responsibility of the Reliability Engineer is to actively increase all reliability on equipment through Continuous Improvement and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing whilst ensuring a safe working environment. This opportunity is ideal for an Electrical/Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Engineer looking to progress their career within the food industry.The Reliability Engineer is needed to lead from the front in positions where they haven't looked previously, challenging and influencing where possible.Main Tasks:- Lean Manufacturing- CMMS Development- Regular review of KPI's- H&S Investigations- Maintenance of contract management- Project Management- Upskilling of team members through advice and training where possible- Help identify losses and prioritise accordingly- Capital Projects identified through loss and inefficiencies- Oversee a sizeable team of engineersQualifications/Experience:- Qualified HNC or BTECH in an engineering discipline or equivalent- Mechanical or Electrical experience - Preferable Food, Drink or FMCG background- Lean Manufacturing experience - CMMS/Preventative Maintenance experience- Working knowledge of PUWER/LOLER/DSEAR To be considered for this role, please submit your CV for consideration.
