Innovation Lead - Precision Medicine

Due to expansion and a high demand my client a reputable non-profit organisation are looking for a Innovation Lead - Precision Medicine with excellent knowledge and a strong passion for Precision Medicine to lead their innovation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Precision Medicine programme of funding
  • Provide management support for Precision Medicine, including process optimisation and implementation
  • Support management of the portfolio of funded Precision Medicine projects
  • Help manage the Precision Medicine budget
  • Develop communications and be the technical expert within Precision Medicine
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and understand business needs and current technical and market trends
  • Lead on specific aspects of strategy implementation: accelerating the growth of companies by assisting them to develop and introduce new product, processes and services

Specification:

  • Degree in a scientific or technical subject (or equivalent)
  • Decision making capacity
  • Excellent up to date knowledge within Precision Medicine
  • Specific experience leading one or more innovation projects
  • Ability to deliver programmes to time, cost and required quality
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
