Would you be interested in joining a leading supplier of research tools to the life science industry? If so, you may be the person we are looking for to fill a new full time vacancy within my client's commercial operation team. One of the responsibilities of the commercial operation team is to provide assistance and advice to users of the company's products over the phone and by e-mail. As a Scientific Support Specialist, you will also have an opportunity to work closely with other departments in inter-departmental projects, in order to make full use of your expertise. As a Scientific Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include: * Providing support to customers over the phone and by e-mail* Helping the customer support team with technical issues that they are unable to solve* Liaising with the production lab to keep up to date with the products available In order to be considered for this position, you should have the following: * Degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a related subject.
