New Product Development Scientist - Beverage IndustryDo you hold skills within the field of Food and Drink science? Are you looking for an opportunity to join an exciting company undergoing continued success?My client is a small innovative beverage development company that is expanding as a result of their continued growth within the market sector. They provide a diverse range of product development services within the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks sectors that allows clients to bring new and inventive products to market. As my client experiences continued success and further growth, they are looking to bring in a New Product Development Scientist in a permanent capacity to join the team. Candidates from all levels will be considered The main responsibilities of this Scientist role will be:* New Product Development - concept to launch* Flavour creation and innovation* Flavoring and sensory agent use and development* Routine laboratory maintenance of systems, equipment and facilities.* Equipment calibration* Ensure compliance with appropriate regulationsTo be considered for the Scientist opportunity, candidates will have:* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or related area* Experience of beverage testing or development* Experience in a customer interaction is preferable* Candidate must be flexible, a proven self-starter and comfortable with the development and testing process.This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and innovative company and to benefit from work with established food and drink scientists.
