Job Title: Part-time Recruitment Coordinator
Accountable To: On Site Account Manager
Accountable for: Recruitment coordination, service delivery and quality

Main Purpose of Role
To provide administrative support to the onsite Account Manager and on-site personnel for a leading Pharmaceutical company, enabling them to perform effectively in their roles.
Update and maintain database systems to effectively support the management of the temporary workforce
New contractor on boarding
Ensure all associated information is tracked/logged
Facilitating contract extensions on the system by liaising with Client sponsors.
Be point of contact for all client queries
Ensure all contractor data such as CV's, references, compliance and health questionnaires are added to the database
Prepare contractor correspondence (excluding contracts)
Compliance to ISO 9000:2000 quality system
System reconciliations and data cleansing activities Ad hoc projects as and when required by the business
Skills Required for the Role
Administrative experience gained in a busy office environment.
High attention to detail
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Strong Excel experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a flexible approach to work.
Ability to prioritise and mange own workload - working often to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Reliable and well organised
Self-starter and able to work independently
Able to build rapport both internally and externally
