Title: Mechanical / Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Location: CambridgeSalary: £28-32K Days M-F We are currently looking for a Mechanical / Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for a Chemical Company based in Cambridge.Working on a large and varied Site, you will be involved in the Site's Planned / Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Shut Down activities. You are responsible for all equipment to be maintained in a safe and efficient way, so experience working on a Chemical / CoMAH site is essential. The Company offers an excellent working environment, large company Salary and Benefits, but small company feel. They also offer long term Training and Development opportunities within and around your current roles and responsibilities.Mechanical Engineering background is essential, but if you have formal Electrical Qualifications and experience, that would be beneficial for the role, and company. We need:

  • Formal Mechanical Engineering qualification(s)
  • Chemical Manufacturing plant experience
  • CoMAH regulations knowledge and experience
  • Mechanical Maintenance experience (+ Electrical advantageous)
  • Health and Safety knowledge / understanding / qualification
