The Role:

To oversee day-to-day planning, implementation, and problem solving activities for a team of ILI team members whom are responsible for labeling operational and support activities for the management of Local Product Documents, Local Language Documents and Patient Leaflets for nationally registered products.

Responsibilities:

* Act as the key escalation point with HLMs when an issue cannot be resolved by the assigned ILI team member and provides issue resolution.* Train or supervise assigned ILI team members in their day-to-day activities, reviewing their work where needed and providing advice on delivery of service, customer interaction, quality and process adherence.* Actively foster a culture of openness, creativity, engagement and behaviours.* Provide ILI Head with regular status reports on team progress against goals.* Highlight trends and concerns regarding resourcing, workload and customer service.* May lead SME forums on ILI processes * Interpret internal business challenges and best practices to recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.* Take appropriate risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies based on comprehensive business knowledge.* May represent the ILI function on project improvement initiatives.* Develop new processes and implements to ILI team* Provide ILI representation for support respective assigned regions - attending regional HLM team teaming, sharing metrics and status updates. * Work in close collaboration with Team Lead peer to develop future opportunities and contribute to global ILI operating model.Education:* Life sciences, pharmacy graduate or equivalent.* General knowledge of regulatory and labelling processes* Direct management experience is preferred.
