My Client a Global Pharmaceutical organisation has opened a new vacancy within their Regulatory Affairs team. They are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Advisory Manager- Regulatory Affairs to join them on a permanent basis at their offices in London.As a member of our Advisory Services team, you will be joining an experienced team of Pharmaceutical industry experts to work with clients to address the challenging and complex issues faced by R&D organisations and leaders today in areas including Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Market Access, Quality and Compliance.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the delivery of advisory engagements with global life sciences organisations.* Generate demand for advisory services with existing and new clients and lead the successful completion of responses to RFIs/RFPs.* Drive the development and publication of thought capital as a thought leader within the industry.* Contribute to people development through coaching and mentoring activities, as well as taking on line management responsibilities as required.* Lead internal initiatives to support the growth of our dynamic teamSkills/Experience Required:* A minimum of a 2.1 scientific or technical graduate degree. A second degree, e.g. MBA, MSc, M.Pharm or PhD is an advantage.* Significant experience working in Regulatory Affairs consulting, or a similar role.* Working within Consultancy an advantage,* Proven ability to generate sales.* Strong analytical and communication skills.* Experience with line-managing staff is an advantage.If you are interested in this role or would like to have a confidential career discussion regarding other Regulatory Opportunities.
