Key Account Manager. One of our trusted and welcoming CRO partners is now working hand-in-hand with innovative biotech company supporting their commercialization processes of the GameChanger product in the aTTP field. We are now supporting the search for Key Account Managers who will have previous experience in Orphan Diseases and area ready to take on a new challenge. Tasks and responsibilities:

* Develop and manage a customer network of key accounts in the aTTP field for a defined region* Implement the Sales Action Plan for defined region to achieve the sales targets* Maintain relationships and negotiate contracts (formulary discussions) and services in accordance with the overall sales strategy and set up a network of potential partners* Work in close collaboration and in full transparency with the MSLs and client's personnel. * Use all available resources to establish durable relations with the clients.* Manage and follow up the practical organization of the sales & logistics process (order taking, delivery, assistance, invoicing, stock levels in hospitals, etc.) in coordination with the supply and logistics services also outside the office hours. Especially for new clients.* Represent Company at national and international congresses in collaboration with the medical affairs department. Actively perform, support and participate in all forms of sales activities and promotion, provide services to existing customers and prospects.* Determine the most crucial needs of these key customers and carry them out to ensure that they receive first‐class customer care and service (market intelligence)* Come up with a strategy to manage the account and set objectives about the account management (proposed sales volume, investments), targeting and segmentation.* Interact and communicate with the clients on a regular basis to receive useful market intelligence data (protocols, habits, new clinical trials, competitive landscape)* Conduct a monthly account review together with the KAM ManagerSkills and expertise* Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives* Demonstrated skills of strategic thinking and business judgment* Strong project management skills; demonstrated experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects and external vendors requiredMinimum qualifications* Life science degree (minimum Bachelor)* Min 3 years of KAM experience with a track record of excellent sales performances* Experience with First‐In‐Class launches and/or orphan drugs, TMA or related diseases.* Excellent social and negotiation skills for formulary discussion* Ability to interpret and assimilate scientific data, and thought leader development skills* Result driven personality, entrepreneurial mindset and capable to work independently* Familiar with CRM systems (Teams, Veeva,, Cloud for Customers (C4C)* Must speak fluent German* Eligible to work and live in GermanyTraining and Development:On-boarding will be provided and no specific TA is required.Apply now:For immediate consideration please send your CV or call/text me on (0) 792 008 7293ABOUT SRGSRG is the market leading supplier of Clinical and Drug development recruitment services to the Life Sciences industries.
