Associate Director - Premium Executive Search

Who are SRG?

Our service offerings to the market include contingency recruitment, RPO and our Premium Executive Search Function. Premium Search is a real area of growth for us which has led to an Associate Director Head of Sector vacancy in our Management structure. This is not a role for the faint of heart- this is a real challenge to capitalise on SRG's existing relationships across all the markets we operate in and sell a niche service into these clients.
Your key responsibilities will be around boosting our market share in this sector, driving the performance of the current team and working with the internal recruitment team to make strategic hires to expand this team further in line with growth plans. You may also be still rolling your sleeves up yourself and delivering in the senior level appointments space- Executive to C-Suite- so you'll never lose the buzz of delivery in this role. The great news is that although the Premium brand is still being developed, the client base you will be pitching to is warm to our brand.
You would report into the Operations Director, and work on a pan-European role. As SRG promotes flexible working, so you can work from anywhere in the UK without having to have a formal "office" to report in to, but travel is essential for this role to spend the time you need with your team and clients - so home-workers with the ability to spend a few nights a week away from home are welcome to apply!
What skills and experience does our ideal candidate have?
- You'll have Executive Search experience, and have worked up to 'C' level vacancies with a track record of delivery in this space
- Ideally you will have recruited within Science, Engineering or Clinical fields at some point in your career
- You are genuinely interested in the Sciences, Engineering and Clinical fields
- You have experience growing and developing a team of recruiters into a high performing unit- ideally you will also have some remote-team management experience
- You have a demonstrable track record of business development and growth, selling retained search services and growing your client portfolio.
