Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of high quality, detailed regulatory documents using varied information sources.
  • Liaising closely with other company personnel to ensure accuracy of such records.
  • Working to agreed deadlines and maintaining records reflecting project status.
  • Responsible for highlighting potential delaying factors promptly to line management and sharing knowledge of regulatory documentation and procedures with others to assist in problem solving.
  • Work closely with product development, manufacturing and other functions on key projects designed to release value back into the organisation whilst maintaining product quality, safety and efficacy.
  • Manage regulatory responses to change controls to commercial products, packaging and raw materials etc. and working on products regulated globally as Cosmetic, Medical Device and Medicinal Products.
  • Close liaison with internal team and Local Country personnel to identify regulatory impact and timings to enable the changes. Need to be able to multi task on a number of projects at any one time and to be able to analyse complex data sets and provide clear and simple solutions to enable projects to progress.
  • Responsible for highlighting potential delaying factors promptly to line management and sharing knowledge of regulatory documentation and procedures with others to assist in problem solving.

Skills/Experience Required:

Basic qualifications: Degree in any life sciences is required.

A general working knowledge of cosmetic, device, or medicinal legislation is required and good IT skills with software such as Excel, SharePoint and Documentum systems.
