Are you a Validation Manager or Specialist with a pharmaceutical background and experience of leading a team looking to join a successful pharmaceutical company based in the North West?
You will be rewarded with an annual salary between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience as well as a company bonus plus other benefits.
You will be working for a pharmaceutical company based in the North West who offer plenty of future development opportunities as well as the opportunity to progress.
As a Validation Manager you will contribute to and develop a strategy to ensure that validation activities are robust and efficient in order to help develop and use tools such as statistical analysis and process robustness techniques to drive ongoing quality and process improvements to the validation business processes.
Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to;
- Line managing a team of specialists and engineers who are accountable for all aspects of validation including equipment, process, analytical, cleaning, shipping and computer systems in order to maintain performance.
- Being responsible for the control of all documentation of the validation lifecycle.
- Co-ordinating and executing validation aspects for key site projects to implement new equipment, technology, processes or materials.
- Representing the company at regulatory inspections to respond to any questions, co-ordinate the responses and implementing corrective actions as appropriate.
You will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm however there is some flexibility with this for the right person.
The ideal candidate will have extensive validation experience within a pharmaceutical environment as well as cGMP pharmaceutical production and laboratory practices.
