Product Survey Manager- Home Based- 30-40k DOE- 2 year FTC

Our client has a position for an experienced professional to build and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare Professionals and Institutions to improve Post- Market Feedback. You will be managing a team of Survey Specialists to ensure Survey Completion and Collection

You will:

Manage Survey Specialists

Maintain and update a Post-Market Feedback Database

Build understanding of Post Market Clinical Follow up processes and importance with clients

Drive survey completion

Essential:

Have an understanding of, and experience with the UK Healthcare System

A degree in a relevant discipline - Medical, Nursing, Life Sciences ETC

Experience with surveys

Experience with Project Management and Line Management

Role requires travel across the UK- 25% of the time.
