Site Budget & Contract Manager- Permanent

Having supplied our client (Global CRO) across different areas of Clinical Operations in the EU market, we are now cooperating with them in order to expand the Global Study Start Up Team.Specifically, they are looking to hire a skilled Site Budget & Contract Manager. This individual will have a key role in coordinating ond overseeing all operations related to studies' investigator budgets, while managing and developing payment schedules for global sudies.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management and control site payments with accuracy and timeliness;

  • Lead all site payments associates within UK and EU;

  • Act as point of contact between site payments and contract associates to work accordingly to study start up timelines.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related subject, with minimum 4 years of previous experience in Clinical Research;

  • Being able to effectively design and develop budgets for multiple global studies;

  • Extensive knowledge of Clinical Trial conduct aspects, including patient recruitment and tracking.
