Service and Support Administrator
Working with the company support organisation to ensure efficient and timely support for customers.
If you have good office skills and enjoys working in a multidisciplinary organisation supporting clients, this position will be the right challenge for you.
Cambridgeshire: Granta Park Business Park
Salary: from £25K/annum
Temporary position from April to October 2019
You will be the point of contact for the support teams and will offer rapid response in solving problems for the customers.
You will be instrumental in organising delivery of spare parts for enabling repairs by the field service engineers.
Working with the in-house technical support team you will ensure delivery of replacement products to end-users.
Using the in-house planning system and CRM, you will liaise with the field team to organise installations, repairs and planned maintenance.
It is essential that you keep accurate records of activities and ensuring adherence to key performance targets. Entry of customers' communication and internal activities will be recorded in the company CRM.
Regulated environment for some devices will require that you track them via QuickBase.
Skills:* Experience in order entry or customer service (E)
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM (E)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (E)
* Good Communication skills and be a quick-thinker (E)
* Experience of SFDC or SAP (D)
* Educated to BSc degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
