Training and Development Manager

We are currently supporting our client throughout their expansion of the Clinical Operations team in the UK. Specifically, we are looking for a Training and Development Manager to join the Study Start Up team in the central London office. This role has its focus on helping devising, planning and delivering the company's specific training programme to selected Study Start Up teams across the business. This representes the ideal opportunity for individuals with great Start Up knowledge, who are passionate about mentoring and coaching teams of professionals in all the core aspects of the field.
Additional repsonsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Take part in the development and creation of specific training programmes;
- Organise and deliver training sessions and workshops;
- Mentor and develop members of Study Start Up teams;
- Carry out training assessments.
- Life Sciences degree qualified (Essential);
- Previous industry experience in Study Start Up area, ideally within a CRO environment;
- Advanced knowledge of clinical trials and drug/device development and approval processes, as well as ICH-GCP principles;
- Well developed communication and presentation skills.
