Role / Description: You will need to demonstrate knowledge of IVD Enzymes with Lateral Flow and IVD MarketsActively attend Management Business Reviews for operations and commercial to act on the learning's, risks and opportunities, discussed in these monthly meetings.To assist the formulation of Global strategy for product business with the management teamCreate and support the implement of the marketing strategy for products based on effective marketing campaigns and to communicate product and marketing strategy at team meetings.Contribute to the development of global strategy by ensuring that the customer needs and requirements are communicated effectively to global marketing.Make sure that global marketing are kept updated with new concepts and innovations by conducting and managing local market intelligence.Sales, Marketing and Tech Support and Product Management Office for effective management and delivery of tenders and contracts to ensure customer offering promotes a successful outcome and pricing in line with expected margin.To be able to travel when required. It is envisaged that the role will necessitate international travel with customers and sales people, however this is dependent on company and customer requirements.
Requirements:Degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences or equivalentPrevious experience in sales and marketing for life science companiesSales experience preferredBeing comfortable presenting and managing pitches at board level - presentation training is beneficialProject management experience Comfortable with travel periods of sometimes between 7-14 days. Flexible with a full clean driving licence. Technical knowledge within the POC / Lateral Flow field preferred.
