SRG are working with an award winning and world leading medical device manufacturer who are producing some highly unique and interesting products- designed to recreate the world of medical technology. They are now looking for a number of permanent Manufacturing Quality Engineers who can assist the current Quality team specifically in this area. This role will be day based 0900 - 1730 and offers an amazing opportunity to work within a fully collaborative and excited team- whom have a true interest in the medical products being developed. There are numerous social opportunities with the team outside of core hours should this interest you, as well as the opportunity to work with some world leaders in the quality engineering sector.

Responsibilities;* Working on customer complaints, data analysis and driving improvements through FMEA, CAPA, 5Whys, 8D, Risk Assessments, Root Cause Analysis* Implement the defined quality processes, procedures and principles across the business* Work with various stakeholders (including suppliers, developers, manufacturing, customers and regulatory bodies) to facilitate corrective action and resolve quality issues as appropriate* Carry out audit activities within team (internal, supplier, customer) * Maintain document management system* Train and coach others in best practice and the required levels required to maintain conformance with the quality management system and regulatory requirements

Ideally you will have;* Understanding of precision electro-mechanical manufacturing * Familiarity with document management, software, internal auditing and supplier assessment* The ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to quality engineering and you won't be afraid to get involved with any issues as they arise* The ability to process lots of data and information, extract facts, determine a course of action and implement it
