Project & Contracts ManagerLocation - South WalesSalary - Competitive

The Project & Contracts Manager role is responsible for the following:* Project Leadership; being able to lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that projects meet set time scales and budgets.* Resource Planning; ensuring the relevant skills and resources are available to ensure the project is delivered as planned.* Project Planning; explaining everything the project needs to entail, identify any dependencies and establish achievable timelines for the project to be delivered.* Project Documentation; make sure the project is documented and documents are maintained, this includes project plans, design inputs, risk management and action logs etc.* Customer Management; you will be the point of contact for customers to discuss the project, alongside being responsible assessing, managing and delivering customer expectations, whilst working in alignment with contract and internal stakeholders.* Project Control; provide regular updates on the current status of the projects against project timelines. Provide inputs for quality metrics.* To assist with the drafting of a legally binding commercial contract with customers, leasing with the sales team and lawyers.
Requirements:* Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.* Prince 2, PMP or equivalent.* Previous project management experience.* Contract related experience including development of new processes, contract negotiation and systems management.* Previous contract writing experience.* Previous experience with IT and CRM databases.
