Role / Description: We are looking for a confident, organised individual with the ability to provide high quality food Safety Management Systems training and support to the food manufacturing sector. * You will be expected to present training courses on both scheduled and bespoke training courses.* Respond directly to any technical enquiries which may be asked regarding the training or support.* Assist and provide support to fellow colleagues with the design, preparation of training courses as well as maintaining training materials. * Prepare client reports.* Conduct internal audits for the department and site as required.* You will be expected to travel to provide training and support to clients
Requirements:* A degree in a relevant scientific subject (or equivalent experience).* Experience of working in the food industry. * Understanding of HACCP principles (formal qualifications are desirable).* Knowledge of auditing.* Good verbal communication skills are a must.* Effective time management and organisational skills.* Full UK Driving Licence* Travelling will be required - flexibility is a must* IT Literate
